-The Gala Committee is organized and meeting for the Dec. 31 celebration at Mulligan's. Gail Langner - chairperson.The theme this year is "New Years at the Caribbean Royale" Reservations call Mulligan's at 346-6070.Chamber Board Elections:Six positions have been filled through the voting process for the Perham Area Chamber Board of Directors. The following six members will be installed January 2009: Nick Anderson, Karolyn McCarte, Fred Sailer, Dean Simpson, Nick Theroux, and Sandra Waldon.These six will join Doug Eckes, Joe Esser Jr., Tres Jeltema, Mark Lenius, Mary Mayer, and Bryan Tusow. Thank you to all who put their names in. Also a special thank you to outgoing member David Arvig for his insight, leadership and time on the Chamber Board.
-The Trade Show Committee is meeting and has their main attraction under contract. Porter's Whitetail Deer.
-PEC meetings are the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month at 8am / Power Hour is the 2nd Tuesday of the month 7:45 am at ACS.Stop by on Monday Dec. 22 at the Chamber office for some holiday cheer.We will have CC Cookies and hot chocolate.
